2. How can I track my mailer?
To keep Mail Club affordable, mailers are sent with speed post India Post stamps, so you will be updated about the tracking on the mobile number you have shared; for International mail tracking isn’t available.
3. My mailer arrived damaged.
If your mailer arrived damaged or incorrect, please email me at suhasinipenna@gmail.com with your order number, name and photos of the item(s). My usual email response time is 2 business days.
4. Can any of the mails in Mail Club can be customised?
I can only customise for a minimum of 25 pieces, please write to me with what you have in mind, and we will take it from there.
